Hello everyone,

Happy holidays to all of you! I've been very busy with work and other life stuff that was impossible to postpone. I feel like things are starting to go my way, so I'm riding this wave as much as I can. Everything is very exhausting, but I also have a gut feeling that it will be worth it in the end. Let's talk about plans for Light My Way though.

It's been a while since we posted something regarding Light My Way. Graven started out as a fun project that turned into a beast in terms of production and mental effort from my side. I've had to stare demons in the face for far too long, and they constantly stared back at me, sometimes mocking me and- That doesn't matter anymore. What's important is that I managed to get through it. There's a little more editing that needs to go into Graven, and I plan on nailing it down by the end of the year. 

Light My Way took a break for too long. I think it's been 5 months since we posted a new chapter because we were busy with Graven. That's really unfortunate, because we all had to deal with a bunch of real-life stuff that was pressuring. RLion, Tito, KardonMax, and I had a lot on our individual plates for the better half of a year. We couldn't work on more than one project and even that one sparingly. But that should change in 2026. We all kind of magically aligned things to work better in the coming year. I know that we all worked hard to make things smoother for the next few months at least. So we should be able to get back on track with Light My Way right after Graven is done. We're too deep into it, and we have it fresh in our minds, so we need to push for the end as soon as possible.

I also wanted it done so that it closes a door in my mind, but leaves a window open...

What else, what else...

I did have another project lined up called "The Swimmer" that I wanted to do next, but it will be shelved for now. I want a new challenge in terms of writing, so I'll dip my toes into something I like reading, but I never tried to go into fully. There's going to be slow improvements in a bunch of stuff we plan on doing, but nothing crazy either. 

What you all need to know is that we will be pushing hard in January to finish Graven. After that, Light My Way will get full priority until it's done. We've been working on Light My Way for too long, and it should have been done already, to be honest. So if you're a fan of Lucian and his misadventures at Tirenon, you can look forward to returning there in the near future. There are three chapters already written anyway, so there's material ready for production. 

I hope you all have a wonderful time during the holidays. If these "jolly" days don't bring you as much comfort as they used to because you maybe can't celebrate them as you once did, don't let the darkness overwhelm you. There's always light out there to shine through all those nasty thoughts. If you look closely enough, I'm sure it's nearer than you think.
