This is for Chapter 5 Public hotfix for Chinese Translation and Fixing the Hardlock issue when opening the game

Update List:

• ~ Fixed Hardlock for players who have played the game previously. This is caused by a persistent value from the ChapterSelection system
• ~ Updated Chapter 1 missing translation for Chinese language.

Chapter 6 has is coming together. Just need more SFX and fixing some CGI scenes. There's too much CGI scenes on this one. But I discovered an advanced animation method that hasn't been seen yet in FVNs
